In 2007, the new Dyckerhoff Basal organisation was formed after the splitting off the activities of De Nederlandse Cement Deelnemingsmaatschappij B.V. (NCD). Dyckerhoff Basal's has posted good consolidated results, and the company has a healthy balance sheet.
